CHANDOX employee health lecture

CHANDOX — Employee Health & Self‑Protection Lecture

To ensure a healthier and safer working environment for all colleagues and to prevent potential occupational risks that may impact long‑term health, CHANDOX invited a professional nursing consultant to deliver a lecture on “Working in Health & Self‑Protection.”
The session focused on workplace risks that are often overlooked yet have lasting effects on physical well‑being.
The lecture highlighted two major topics.

The first topic addressed noise exposure from long‑term machine operation. The consultant explained real cases showing how prolonged exposure to high‑decibel noise can lead to hearing loss, reduced concentration, and even chronic fatigue if proper ear protection is not used.

She also introduced effective noise‑protection methods and daily self‑check tips, emphasizing that hearing protection safeguards not only short‑term comfort but long‑term health.

The second topic focused on proper lifting posture. The consultant demonstrated safe and efficient ways to handle heavy items and explained how improper posture can cause long‑term damage to the spine and lower back.

CHANDOX employees practiced proper crouching and lifting techniques on the spot, gaining a better understanding of how to prevent lower‑back injuries.

The session was relaxed and interactive, allowing participants to connect health knowledge directly to daily work habits.

Nearly all seats were filled, showing strong employee awareness of workplace health. Many colleagues expressed that the lecture was practical, insightful, and helped them recognize small details they had previously overlooked.

CHANDOX believes that a safe and stable workplace begins with every employee understanding and caring for their own well‑being. We will continue promoting related training—not only for safety rules but to help health awareness truly become part of daily work as we move forward together.
