CHANDOX employee health lecture

To ensure that all colleagues work in a healthier and safer environment and to prevent them from ignoring potential work-related risks that could affect their long-term health, CHANDOX invited a professional nursing consultant to hold a lecture on "Working in Health & Self-Protection."
This lecture covered two subjects:
1. How operators can protect themselves when working in long-term, noise-intensive environments. The consultant explained that exposure to high-decibel noise could cause hearing loss, decreased concentration, and even chronic fatigue, citing real cases. Then, effective safeguards and self-diagnosis methods were introduced to encourage people to pay attention to "Hearing Protection," not only for immediate discomfort but also for long-term health.
2. How operators should carry goods with the correct posture. The consultant explained the proper posture for carrying heavy goods safely and effectively, and then pointed out the long-term damage to the spine and lower back that can result from using the wrong posture. CHANDOX staff followed the instructions to practice how to crouch and stand up with the correct posture in order to prevent a sprained waist.
All CHANDOX staff enthusiastically joined the lecture and had a great time throughout the session, learning about health knowledge and protection in daily work in a relaxed way. This showed that people cared about workplace health issues. After the lecture, all colleagues said they had learned a lot and would pay attention to previously ignored details to protect themselves and help their teams operate smoothly in the long term.

We believe that building a safe and stable working environment depends on all staff understanding and caring for their own health. CHANDOX continues to promote training not only for safety protection but also with the hope that all staff can move forward together with trust.
